ITEM DESCRIPTION
This auction is for an Austrian sterling silver & enamel Vinaigrette pendant by Samuel Goldfarb in the shape of an acorn. Vinaigrettes are scent lockets that hold cotton or wool pieces soaked in perfumes or other aromatic liquids.  The scene on this piece is in enamel with a couple romancing with a park backdrop; inside is cobalt blue enamel and a grill with a seed pearl.  The pendant measures 25mm, weighs 6.8 grams/0.22 troy ounces and bears the Goldfarb marks.
CONDITION
This piece is in excellent condition with no damage and virtually no wear. ABSOLUTLY STUNNING! Please see photographs.
