    Description

Vintage 1976 Gibson Les Paul Custom Electric Guitar w/ OHSC 3 Pickup Gorgeous
Welcome! Right now, you are looking at an incredible vintage player's guitar.
This is a 1976 Gibson Les Paul Custom 3 pickup electric guitar, with its original case.
It weighs 10 lbs 7 oz. The scale length is 24.75", and the nut width is 1.70".
Starting off with a mahogany body, lightly figured maple top, and a set mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard - classic Les Paul custom, absolutely stunning.
The 10 lb 7 oz weight means that solid Gibson mid-range chunk is firmly in place.
The tone transfer between the neck and the body is amazing, truly sings.
Triple patent etched humbuckers grabs all of that sweet tone and add in that special 'PAF' character.
Great warm crunch, with famous cutting mids. Flip to the neck for seemingly endless sustain.
An absolute tone machine, mixed with an incredible player - this really is a special guitar.
It has plenty of vintage mojo here - some finish checking, marks/scratches, everything you'd expect from a 45 year old instrument. The tuning machines have a good amount of wear, but doesn't affect its performance.
The frets are clean, freshly polished, and show signs of divots. There is an ever so slight hairline in the ebony fingerboard towards the treble side from the 15th to 22nd fret. (Please message me for more photos, eBay only lets me upload 12).
The pickup rings and input jack have been replaced, but I also have the originals.
Please see all photos for a better visual description.
This was just professionally setup, with the action just about 3/32" at the 12th fret.
If you're a serious player in search of the famous Norlin era Gibson USA, then this is the guitar for you.
    Thanks for looking!
