INSTRUCTIONS
Fine Turf works well to model grass, ground cover and for highlighting and accenting landscape foliage.
1. Spray area to be landscaped with Scenic Cement (S191).
2. Sprinkle Turf over area.
3. Highlight with additional colors of Turf, spraying Scenic Cement between layers of color. Seal with a final coat, let dry
